Production Process – YSMC Series Molded Inductors

1. Cold Pressed technology
The T-core structure consists of four parts: cold-pressed body, winding, coated powder material (hot pressing), and electroplated pins (electrodes).
2. Winding technology
T-core design involves eight major workstations: ① cold pressing, ② winding, ③ hot pressing, ④ roller spraying, ⑤ paint stripping, ⑥ electroplating, ⑦ testing, and ⑧ packaging.
3. Hot pressing technology
Cold pressed cores have high precision, stable performance and high yield
4. Roller spray technology
This advanced roller spray technology ensures efficient coating and uniform application,
5. Paint stripping technology
The whole process is tightly molded, with higher precision than traditional jig operations.
6. Electroplating technology
High performance and low interference; excellent magnetic shielding performance, high frequency performance, low loss
7. Testing technology
Performance and durability; solid structure, high environmental adaptability, earthquake resistance and shock resistance.
8. Packaging technology
Miniaturized, high-density, and excellent heat dissipation; 50% smaller than traditional inductors, suitable for high-density scenarios.
